I found it hard to believe it's Ystari's fault you lost $90 in this. The reason why you lost $90 in this ordeal, is because you gave up on the company and threw your game away without giving them another chance. Though, I don't envy the customer service rep that has to deal with someone willing to throw away a $90 game to make a point, I can't imagine a game company not willing to try to make this right.
I've had great experience with them getting replacement parts for Ys.
